Before The Spinning Color Wheel Becomes Our Primary Source of Energy
By Zachary C. Bush, Nov 18, 2008

From the wastebasket in the far left corner of the living room, a To Do Note from Friday, August 30th—a piece of notebook paper that had been crumple-crushed and molded by my mind into a stone—is now soaking up all of the television’s slow-spilling energy. That which was once stone is now taking the form of a giant clam shell; and I spot something else that cannot be ignored.

Inside the mouth of the giant clam shell is a slightly less large purple pearl...and I am confused, because this pearl is no ordinary pearl. This pearl is radiating The Static of Sunday, and buzzing The Neon of Tuesday. And it is not much longer before I accept my new fate. I must burn The Calendar of Regrets!
